We have interpreters in over 40 languages and provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Although we appreciate advance notice, we cover unexpected emergencies too. If we do not have an interpreter available in the language you need, we work with our affiliated providers to find an interpreter for you. Interpreters are available in a variety of different fields. Coordination of interpreting services, including sign language, for organizations using interpreters

For members of organizations that use interpreters regularly or must make interpreters available when needed, we offer coordination of all interpreting services, including sign language. We work with partner companies to provide services which we do not ordinarily offer, such as sign language, to keep you covered. With a single request online, by phone, fax or e-mail, we will work to ensure that you have an interpreter when and where you need one. Organizations who use this service find that they can leave the interpreting arrangements to us and get back to their own work more quickly.

Document translation

We offer document translation of general to highly technical material. Services include certified translations, graphic arts, typesetting, preparation for service bureaus and rush delivery. Our peer review and proofreading process makes sure that your translation is appropriate for your target audience, meets your stated purpose, and does so accurately and competently. We even can improve readability of English documents prior to translation, a task for example many hospitals now face to comply with JCAHO standards. We also serve individuals needing certified translations of birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, court orders, diplomas, transcripts and other official documents. Graphic design

We work with graphic designers and typesetters both in house and outsourced to achieve the look you want for your documents and other media. If you need a graphic design that will most appeal to your target audience, we can work with you and our translators to come up with a design that will capture your idea and image in a way that your target audience will understand and appreciate.

Multilingual web site development

Our team can produce altogether new web sites in various languages or translate your existing web site into the languages of your choice. We can make suggestions for designs that will attract visitors from the target culture that you wish. We work with you every step of the way to meet your goals and aspirations while remaining true to the cultural sensitivities of your target audience.

Multilingual audio and video materials

We can translate or write material for audio and video production to meet your goals. If you have an audio or video recording in one language and need it in another language, we can translate the material and either provide new voiceovers or subtitles or both. We can work with a studio of your choice or recommend an excellent studio with whom we have a working relationship. The finished product will be a professionally produced audio or video recording your organization can be proud of!

Language instruction (including English as a Second Language) at your location and tailored to your needs

Many of our team members have extensive experience teaching their language to either adults or children or both. If you need language instruction to meet a specific purpose, we can tailor a program for you and your organization and then provide it at your location.
